| PRIOR MEMBERS |
| Members from the prior TP site do not have the 'username' choice since you were already a member. During transfer we assigned your prior NUMBER into the system so that you may sign in using email or username. Your new username is now "user(XXX)" with the (XXX) being your old id#. example: "user323" and your password remains the same. NOTE: This does not apply to members joining after 15JUL04. |
| Why am I not showing full credit for surfing? |
| This is due to the auto-assign feature. Part of your credit is going to your listed sites and part goes to your account which you can apply to sites, banners or text links. Percentages vary depending on your account type (Free, Paid or PRO) |
| How long does it take to approve the sites I submitted? |
| The members verify their own sites through our automated service. Once you enter your website in "Your Sites" from the menu, look to the right of the site listing and you will notice "Click to Verify" which will open another page testing your site. After it has been checked click the "Confirm" button and you are ready to "Assign Credits" to your advertisment. If you don't verify and assign credits to your sites - they won't be seen by other members. |
| How do I delete one of my websites? |
| Before a site can be deleted, the 'auto-assign' value must be set to "0" (choose "Assign Credits" from menu). If you only have ONE site listed you can simply REPLACE the existing site with the new one by clicking on the site title under "My Websites". |
